Hype Reel

As part of this drive to engage, we’ve created VR and AR platforms, bespoke apps, gamified traditional content and beyond, turning information delivery into an art form that leaves a true and lasting impression. In this space we’ve had the pleasure to have started, and to this day still continue, to create bespoke content delivery channels and immersive digital experiences for the annual Woolworths Christmas and Summer Trade Show.

We’ve taken PowerPoint presentations and turned them into powerful engagement tools. Turned slideshows into something altogether unexpected. We’ve brought suppliers across the country together in an immersive space in the dark times of Covid when connection was nigh on impossible. We’ve taken audiences from auditoriums into virtual showrooms and back again, proving that even traditionally dry information can be presented in a truly engaging way. Out of the box digital thinking for big box supermarkets is only the beginning. At Red Jelly we believe in experimentation in order to reach perfection, keeping us one digital footprint in front of the future at all times.

Safe Delivery

We worked with risk and safety consultant to develop a Targeted Risk Assessment (TRA) for every event that is in accordance with national and state compliance and guidelines. The TRA identifies the risk source, the risk, the likelihood and consequences and the risk controls required. This document is circulated to the venue (and to the client’s Risk and Safety team if required). Feedback is integrated into the document and risk controls are put in place with vendors. In 2024, the event at Sydney Showground involved 9,000 delegates and 92 exhibiting suppliers across multiple spaces and event types: expo, plenary, inside and outside dinner, seated lunch, category showcases, brand activations and concerts. The event space was turned over three times across the week to meet the requirements of each audience and event. Each changeover required a TRA to identify and manage the risks pertaining to the style of the event.

The event was delivered safely and securely.

Measuring Success

Red Jelly help bring together all aspects of the Woolworths Christmas and Summer Trade Show including content creation, team experience and trade partner engagement. It is now one of the largest Trade Shows in the Southern Hemisphere.
