The People Project
Helping Tasmanians access the care, services, and opportunities they need to live well.
Intro
The People Project is a not-for-profit that helps Tasmanians access disability services and aged care. They also connect health professionals with fulfilling roles across the State. The team at the People Project asked us to create a new website that would make navigating these services simpler.
The Technology
Our new website needed to cater to a range of distinct audiences, from health workers looking for roles to practice managers seeking staff. It also had to serve as a tool for the community to access aged care services, NDIS management and support. To simplify the process for these distinct audiences, we created a two-tiered dropdown menu. This meant people could navigate straight to the information that was relevant to them.
A similar process was used on the website’s contact form, reducing the time for admin to forward emails to different teams. To avoid any of these emails being lost, we also built a custom plugin where stray contact forms are sent to our digital team to fix and re-allocate. Using tagging for Jobs, Events and News allowed us to nest relevant content from each section across other pages.
Measuring Success
Red Jelly guided us every step of the way with professionalism, creativity, and clarity. The process was seamless, enjoyable, and inspiring, and the results speak for themselves.
