NRM South
Encouraging people to look for and choose Tasmanian seafood.
Intro
NRM South is one of 54 natural resource management organisations in Australia and one of three in Tasmania. Their role is to protect, sustainably manage, and improve our natural resources for the shared environmental, social, and economic benefit of the community. We were asked to redesign the website, improving user experience and modernising content whilst reflecting their story, strategy, vision, and structure.
The Technology
Delivering better outputs was key to this project to allow for uptake of current information, efficient content creation, engagement, and functionality, delivering better outputs, data, and analytics.
Measuring Success
The new NRM South website contains over 500+ pieces content across pages, articles, initiatives, and resources. A tagging and filtering system was created to ensure all relevant content can be easily found by users and grouped by editors. This has resulted in much cleaner user pathways within the site and an increase in engagement and conversions on the website.
