Vocational education and training gives people the skills to get ahead – or start strong on something new. That insight set the scene for a campaign that both educated and inspired.

The ads addressed three target audiences: young learners preparing to enter the workforce, adult learners making a change and employers.

Talent representing learners from all walks of life took to the starting blocks for the TV, social, press and radio campaign.
